Eligible for federal free or reduced lunch program (FRPL)

Participate in a federally funded TRIO program (i.e. Talent Search, Upward Bound, Educational Opportunity Center)

Live in federally subsidized public housing, a foster home, or homeless

A ward of the state or an orphan

Eligible to receive an ACT or SAT testing fee waiver

Eligible for the Pell Grant

Financial Hardship
